• You can expect to receive roughly 140 lbs of pork. • You'll be in charge of filling out your own cut sheet, and may have your animal butchered to your liking. • All cuts of meat will be returned back to you vacuum-sealed, frozen and in boxes. • General cuts that are offered: tenderloin, ground pork, pork chops, bacon, sausage, country style ribs, roasts and hams, hocks, baby-back or St. Louis style ribs, bones and leaf lard.
